Scott Mount
Vice President of Operations
Scott has been a member of the Hayward Management Team for over 25 years, the past 24 as VP of Operations. Over the course of his 31-year career Scott has worked for several Personal Care Product manufacturers taking on leadership roles in many different areas including Warehousing, Inventory Control/Planning, and Production. He is a graduate of NJIT’s Tuchman School of Management. When not at Hayward Scott enjoys spending time with his family, and the occasional round of golf.
Karen Murphy
Director of Materials Management
Karen has been with the Hayward Laboratories team for 25 years. Karen began her career with Hayward Laboratories in 1994 in the Inventory Control department and was promoted to the Director of Materials Management in 2000. Throughout her career with us, Karen has attained multiple certificates within the Supply Chain Management and Leadership areas and holds active memberships within the CSCMP & APICS organizations. Karen enjoys spending time with her family, listening to all types of music and actively participates in multiple fundraising events within our local community for programs such as Relay for Life, Domestic Violence, Moose club, Young Adult Leadership and Suicide Prevention Awareness.
Antone McIntyre
Director of Manufacturing
Antone has been the Director of Manufacturing at Hayward Laboratories since July 2019. He has over 18 years of manufacturing experience with a strong background in six sigma and lean principles. Throughout his career, Antone has held leadership roles in several manufacturing industries including Food and Beverage, Medical Equipment and Industrial Tools. Antone holds a Liberal Studies degree from Neumann University. In Antone’s off-time he enjoys listening to Jazz music, traveling, and spending time with family.
Director Materials Management
Tim Fletcher
Director of Maintenance Services
Tim has been the Director of Maintenance Services since July 2019. Tim began his career with Hayward Laboratories in 2019 as the Production Maintenance Manager and was quickly moved into a Director’s role. Throughout his career, Tim has held roles in several different businesses to include high speed manufacturing, CPG, and specialty commercial. Tim’s 20 years of leadership roles include Operations, Production, Maintenance, and Project Management. Tim holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Capella University, United States. In Tim’s off-time he enjoys traveling, camping, boating, and snowmobiling.
